everettjf 911a058fee feat: support --full flag in installer and Homebrew tap ...

- install.sh: add --full flag and MICROCLAW_VARIANT env var to download
  the full variant (microclaw-full) with Matrix + MCP support
- release_finalize.sh: generate microclaw-full.rb Homebrew Formula
  alongside the default formula, with correct SHA256 from CI assets
- README.md: document --full installer flag and brew install microclaw-full
